Pizza Making

Woke up at about 7.00am , get ready and went to school for CCA , home economic club. When i went there it is still early so went to 'mama shop' and bought a drink . Well, when i went to home economic room , mdm anita is not there yet so yuan ying , xi yun sit down and chit chat. Finally , mdm anita came with both hands handful of stuff for us . She bought ingredient for making Pizza . Actually , today should be making dessert but we are doing experiment for the secondary 3 pizza making compettion . We started making the dough . All of us didn't follow instruction and get scolded by mdm anita for being so irresposible .. In the end manage to get our dough done . The process was so comlicated . We need to proof it then bake it for different timing and then bake again and then put the sauce and then bake again and then bake again and then ... blah blah blah .

Finally the pizza are done . Nice and tasty . Everyone did a very good job . The dough was okay abd everthing was cooked . We all did it in time . Tasting time !!

Halloween !

Today , when out with Reon . We went to Orchard . Well , we meet at 11.30 outside takashimaya*. Have our lunch at Mc Donald . After that , we do some window shopping at takashimaya* follow by lucky plaza , paragoon , centrepoint and lastly Plaza Singapura . Wow , we shop , eat , shop ,eat . We took some pictures and i edited some .

Shu Min birthday

Well , yesterday there is no school , but i went to school for th student cousilor* interview . I went school at 9am, waiting for Reon to have breakfast together , but i waited her for abt half and hour she still didn't appear . I sms her , ask her to wait for me at the school canteen when she return . Abt 10 am , when i was abt to go for interview , she appear . She went to the D&T room to finish up her assignment . For once i thought she went home without me . Actually . my interview should start on 10.30am but i donno how , i became the last to interview which is about 11.30am. I was so anxious because i was worry that i will be late for Shu Min birthday party .

During the interview , it didn't go well . When i went in , Mr Ng , ask me question and i kept giving him rubbish answer . I don think i will be a student cousilor* because i don even know what is a role of a student cousilor*. After i came out of the interview , rush to the bus i took 187 bus to jurong point and that's where we meet shu min . In the bus , the bus is horrible . Reon and i sat at the back of the bus and it is damn hot lol ! The air con is switch on but doesn't seem to be working .. The whole journey , everyone in the bus was sweating. Finally , we reach the destination . Reon and i rush to Mac donald to buy a drink first . We will damn thirsty . After everyone arrived , we then take a bus to Shu Min house .

At last , we reached . When we got in , we already saw some people bbq-ing already . All we have to do is to wait . While we are waiting for the food , friends of Shu Min bought hamster for her and they are now setting up the hamster's home . The hamster is so cute , it was a baby . Beside setting the hamster's home , other's either watch television or play mahjong . It is not gambling , it is a part of entertainment . The foods are ready ! Wow , what a sumptous feasts . There satays, chicken wings , sotong balls , spagetti* and more .. yumyum . We spent abt 5 hours at her home and after cutting her cake , i left ..

A day to Pulau Ubin

While people are celebrating Hari Raya , my family and i went to Pulau Ubin ! We leave home at about 10am . Take about 2hour of transport then reach there .. Fianlly , we take the boat to Pulau Ubin ! This is my first time going to Pulau Ubin , so excited ! When reach there , feel like time travel back to the olden days where Kampong still exisit . We rent a bicycle ,which cost about $2 per bicycle . We cycle the slope and cycle the 1/2 of Pulau Ubin . I was so tired then we decided to go home

Going to the ferry terminal
